People in Hokuto grew up eating bread made here for school lunches. So there is a sense of complete security. When I stay abroad for a long time, I miss the bread here. If you leave it on the kitchen counter for 5 days in the summer (don’t do it), it gets moldy. I don’t know much about the ingredients, but I feel really safe. The family has a bread and sweets store and a restaurant next to it.
Parking is not easy to find, so it may be convenient to use the Takane Library parking lot.
